Conditions of participation PGA Member Club sweepstake
§1 ORGANISER OF THE SWEEPSTAKE
The organiser of the competition is travelite GmbH & Co. KG, Merkurring 70-72, 22143 Hamburg.
§2 PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKE
(1) Participation in the sweepstake and the chances of winning do not depend on the purchase of a product from the organiser. All natural persons with permanent residence in Germany who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate, with the exception of employees of travelite GmbH + Co KG. By participating in the sweepstake, participants accept these conditions of participation.
(2) You can win 2x 2 tickets for two PGA events as part of the BMW International Open 2025 on 02 July and 03 July 2025 in Munich/Eichenried. The VIP ticket on Thursday, 3 July 2025 is valid until 1 pm, breakfast is not included.
(3) Start of participation: 06.06.2025; closing date is 24.06.2025 / 23:59. To take part in the competition, participants must send an email with the reference PGA to member@titan-bags.com.
(4) The winners will be drawn from all participants. The lot decides. Each participant may only take part in this competition once and can only win once.
(5) The winners will be contacted by email after the closing date. The following data is required from the participants to process the prize draw: First name, surname and address. If TITAN does not receive any feedback from the winner within three days of the email about the prize, the prize will be cancelled and a new participant will be drawn.
(6) Cash payment of the prize is not possible; the prize is not transferable.
(7) Participation via automated mass participation procedures is not permitted.
(8) The competition organisers reserve the right to exclude participants who violate these conditions of participation from the competition.
(9) In addition, the organisers reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the promotion if this should be necessary due to force majeure or external circumstances beyond TITAN's control or if this is the only way to ensure the proper execution of the promotion.
§3 EXCLUSION OF LEGAL ACTION
Legal recourse is excluded.
