Maintain the durability of your products with the right care. Otherwise, optical damage may occur to your product or the material may be damaged, making your product less stable. Please consider the following points:
Polycarbonate & aluminium
- ✔ Lukewarm mild soap solution (e.g. washing-up liquid with water)
- ✔ Clean cloth
- ✔ Soft dirt eraser
- ✘ Sharp cleaners or power cleaners/li>
- ✘ Hard brushes or rough sponges
- ✘ Products containing solvents
- ✘ Alkaline cleaners (e.g. ammonia or caustic soda)
- ✘ Vinegar-based cleaner
- ✘ Polishing agent
- ✘ Glass or window cleaner
Tip: For luggage with a shiny finish, we recommend using an additional luggage cover. After your journey, remove road salt and grit from the wheels. Simply use a clean cloth or a soft brush.
Leather handles
- ✔ White, moistened cloth
- ✘ Mink oil
- ✘ Leather lotion
- ✘ Saddle soap
- ✘ Shoe polish
Tip: Use distilled water to avoid limescale stains.
Fabrics
- ✔ Ventilate your suitcase before you store it again after your travels.
- ✔ If wet, pat off with a soft cloth and leave to dry at room temperature.
