As soon as we have handed over your package to DPD, you will receive a shipment notification with your shipment number.
We ship exclusively by DPD shipped. Please understand that we can not implement individual wishes regarding the carrier.
With the shipment number from your shipping notification, you can find out the exact location of your shipment on the DPD site.
Shipping of our products is free of charge for you. If you do not like the product, you can also return it free of charge.
