Payment & shipping

Unless otherwise specified in the respective product description, we offer the following payment options for deliveries within Germany:

Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard.

If the credit card payment method is selected, the invoice amount is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. The credit card payment method is processed in cooperation with BS PAYONE GmbH, Lyoner Str. 9, 60528 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, which the Seller authorises to collect claims on its behalf. BS PAYONE GmbH collects the invoice amount from the Customer’s specified credit card account. The credit card is charged immediately after the Customer order has been sent in the online shop. Even when selecting the credit card payment method via BS PAYONE GmbH, the Seller remains responsible for general Customer enquiries, e.g. regarding goods, delivery time, dispatch, returns, complaints, cancellation declarations and dispatches or credit notes.

If the purchase on account payment method via BS PAYONE is selected, the purchase price becomes due after the goods have been delivered and invoiced. In this case, the purchase price must be paid within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the invoice without deduction to BS PAYONE GmbH, Lyoner Str. 9, 60528 Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Purchase on account is only possible for customers who are 18 years of age. The purchase on account payment method requires a successful credit check by BS PAYONE GmbH. If the Customer is allowed to purchase on account after checking the creditworthiness, the payment is processed in cooperation with BS PAYONE GmbH, to which the Seller assigns its payment claim. In this case, the Customer can only pay BS PAYONE GmbH with debt-discharging effect. Even if the payment method for purchase on account via BS PAYONE is selected, the Seller remains responsible for general customer enquiries, e.g. regarding goods, delivery time, dispatch, returns, complaints, cancellation notices and dispatches or credit notes. Only a few steps to make a payment:

1. Select “PayPal” as the payment method at checkout.

2. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.

3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.

If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. It is not necessary to set up a PayPal account for the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal.

4. You will then be redirected to us (www.travelite.de)

Shipping shall only take place within the territory of the Germany, Austria, Belgium, France and the Netherlands. The General Terms and Conditions and other information necessary for the conclusion of the contract are therefore provided exclusively in German. The order is shipped via DPD.  The shipping costs incurred in each case can be found in the table below.

We process all orders within 1–2 working days and hand them over to our shipping partner as quickly as possible after receipt of payment. They will then deliver the parcels within 1–2 working days.

If you would like to ship to another country, please send us an  E-Mail (hello@titan-bags.com) before placing an order and please state the item with the quantity and delivery address with the country and the corresponding postcode. We will then let you know at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and  if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible – inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping option and the costs.
