We manufacture every TITAN suitcase with the aim of achieving high stability, incomparable ease of use, and great durability. That's why in 2020, we‘ve decided to exclusively produce in Germany. We believe that our Made in Germany vision is the only way to ensure the highest, sustainably-minded quality for which we are renowned.

We believe that our Made in Germany vision is the only way to ensure the highest, sustainably-minded quality for which we are renowned.

DURABLE QUALITY 

The durability of products contributes to sustainable developments around the globe. For the production of our TITAN suitcases, we solely select materials that meet our high quality standards. The shells are made from 100% pure polycarbonate – an extremely long-lasting and withstanding material. Adding durable value to our luggage solutions. 

When developing our suitcases, we also place great emphasis on their impeccable reparability. The individual components are screwed together instead of glued; spare parts are securely stored. With durability as a foremost concern, we provide a 5-year warranty.

RECYCLED MATERIALS  

The conscious choice of recycled materials is part of our high TITAN quality standard. Our suitcases are lined with tearproof inner fabric made from 100% recycled polyester (RPET). All of our suitcases meet the requirements of the internationally-recognized Global Recycle Standards.

MINIMAL WASTE 

While TITAN luggage stands for maximum travel comfort, our production processes are designed for minimal waste. Therefore, we have developed resource-saving processes in our factory in Hauzenberg, Germany. The scraps generated during the production of our suitcase shells are reintroduced through a recycling cycle. Thus, plastic waste and the production of new plastics are reduced. 

To further minimize our impact on resources, we have opted for cardboard packaging crafted from corrugated paper, incorporating 30% grass content. We therefore collaborate with Cartoflex – a company specializing in innovative packaging solutions from Lüneburg.

The frames for our LITRON Frame are manufactured just 10 kilometers away from our TITAN factory in Hauzenberg.

Short transport routes enable us to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions. For precise CO2 tracking, we collaborate with Climate Partner.
